Reporting to the Legal team, your role will be to advise and support our international organization on various legal matters, with a solid understanding of business issues and operational capacity. The position is based in Paris, planned for January 2027 or July 2027. As an intern lawyer, you will be responsible for:

Providing practical legal advice and risk assessments to internal clients on various legal matters (contracts, compliance, HR, etc.)

Providing legal assistance to the customer support team

Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts in French and English (SaaS contracts, service provider contracts, General Terms and Conditions of Use, data processing agreements, confidentiality agreements, etc.)

Participating in the improvement of internal processes

Ensuring regulatory and legal watch in connection with our activities

What will contribute to your success:

Currently in a Master 2 Law program at a French university

Experience in reviewing and drafting commercial contracts

Knowledge of the IP/IT environment and GDPR

Excellent writing and communication skills in French and English

Team spirit, autonomy, rigor, and a sense of responsibility

Ability to convince and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the company

Strong professional ethics, comfortable in a dynamic environment and interacting with cross-functional teams
