  • Assist the Legal Team in analyzing GDPR and data protection issues within the scope of the company's projects.
  • Contribute to raising internal teams' awareness of data protection issues, particularly through the preparation and facilitation of short training sessions on fundamental GDPR concepts and best practices for daily use.

2. Digital Law & Artificial Intelligence

  • Participate in the analysis of legal issues related to new technologies, SaaS solutions, and artificial intelligence.
  • Contribute to monitoring European regulatory developments, particularly the European Artificial Intelligence Act (AI Act), and assessing their potential impacts on Lengow's activities.

3. Commercial Contracts & Team Support

  • Participate in drafting and reviewing commercial contracts in French and English (SaaS contracts, confidentiality agreements, supplier contracts, partnership agreements, etc.).
  • Contribute to the analysis of contractual clauses, particularly those relating to data protection, confidentiality, and liability.
  • Assist the Head of Legal in handling legal requests from operational teams.
  • Participate in updating contractual templates and internal legal documents.

4. Legal Watch & Cross-functional Projects

  • Conduct legal and regulatory watch on developments in personal data protection, digital law, and artificial intelligence.
  • Perform legal research and draft clear and accessible summaries for internal teams.
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects aimed at improving Lengow's processes, tools, and legal documentation.
