Job description
Matera - Well-managed housing! 🏡
Our mission: to establish a new standard for transparent, human, and efficient property management.
At Matera, we are reinventing the relationship with housing by setting a new standard for property management solutions. Today, we assist co-owners in managing their buildings and landlords in managing their rental properties.
Having become the leading digital player in the French co-ownership management market, Matera offers tailor-made solutions to provide co-owners with transparent, efficient, and responsive management:
Matera Platform, for volunteer syndics who want the best tool on the market to manage their building independently;
Matera Cooperative Syndic, for co-owners who want to regain control of their building and manage their co-ownership themselves through a SaaS platform and experts who handle technical subjects (legal, accounting, etc.);
Matera Local Syndic, our highest level of support, for co-owners who wish to delegate everything and benefit from transparent, human, and responsive management.
Matera already supports over 10,000 co-ownerships in France and Germany.
On the rental management side, the offering was launched in January 2023. The objective: to offer landlords an all-in-one solution for managing their rental properties. Specifically, Matera provides a SaaS platform that automates all the paperwork, but also helps landlords with tax declarations, tenant searches, property rentals, etc.
We currently manage over 2,000 rental properties and guess what, we are looking for new talents to write the next chapter!
