Reporting to Vincent, Legal Director, you will assist the lawyers on all matters, whether it be contracts, compliance, and much more.

💼 Your missions

To help you thrive in your missions, Solène, Julie, and Pierre Alexandre will support you, challenge you, and help you grow in the following tasks:

Legal Watch: monitoring and analyzing legislative, regulatory, and case law developments likely to impact the Group's activity; participating in the dissemination of legal information to the relevant teams.

Contracts: participating in the review, analysis, and drafting of contracts (services, supplies, partnerships, confidentiality, etc.), working in tandem with lawyers, as well as updating contract templates.

Promotional and Marketing Operations: contributing to the legal validation of promotional operations (games, contests, promotional offers, communication materials), in liaison with internal teams and under the supervision of lawyers.

Operational Legal Support: daily assistance to the legal team on various business law matters, allowing for concrete immersion in corporate legal practice.

👤 The profile we are looking for

You are looking for an internship to complete your Master's degree specializing in Business Law and have already completed an internship in the legal field, in a company, or in a law firm, ideally in the agri-food sector.

You have solid foundations in contractual matters and possess excellent analytical and writing skills.

Rigorous and methodical, you appreciate teamwork in a collaborative environment and know how to adapt to various stakeholders and issues.

Attentive to your interlocutors, you also know how to be assertive in defending your point of view.
