Join Céline at the Montifaut Jambon site in Pouzauges, who needs an eye that detects, illuminates, and proposes.

If you join us, you'll do more than an internship: you'll help evolve our practices and guarantee our requirements at the closest to the ground.

The missions, the deal:

As part of the preparation for BRC certification at the Montifaut Jambon site, specializing in pork and plant-based charcuterie, you will participate in a strategic project alongside the Quality Manager.

For 6 months you will:

✨Participate in the site's compliance with BRC requirements (facilitating working groups, monitoring action plans...)

✨Update the HACCP file

✨Contribute to the risk management related to CCPs, PRPs to ensure food safety

✨Conduct process qualifications in conjunction with the production teams

✨Create and lead Food Safety training sessions

✨Participate in the daily projects and tasks of the Quality department
