The missions, the deal:

Our Mouilleron site is undertaking a strategic project in 2027: the deployment of a new plastic tray on several packaging lines.

The objective? To reduce our plastic consumption to meet economic and environmental challenges, while improving the attractiveness of our products.

Your challenge will be to support this industrial transformation by ensuring its impact on production is limited and by seizing this opportunity to sustainably improve the performance of our lines.

For 6 months, you will:

✨ Support a strategic industrial project at the heart of our packaging lines

✨ Analyze field performance and identify improvement opportunities

✨ Monitor and lead action plans with production teams and support departments

✨ Optimize changeover times and contribute to improving line performance
✨ Collaborate with managers, operators, technicians, and subject matter experts to advance the project

✨ Communicate on the progress of actions and support teams through change
