Job description
E-Work e-work SpA, head office located in Milan, selects for a client company operating in the logistics sector an intern:
IMPIEGATO/A LOGISTICO/A - CUSTOMER SERVICE in STAGE
The resource, working alongside a tutor, will be responsible for:
- Inserimento Booking
- Gestione trasporti intermodali clienti dedicati
- Gestione telefonica problematiche dirette con il cliente
- Gestione dispute e follow up post vendita
Requirements:
- Possesso del diploma
- Knowledge of the Office package
- Automunito
- Knowledge of English at level B2
We offer a 6-month internship program with expenses reimbursed up to €600 + ticket. Work location: Melzo (MI)
Working hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm #workingtogether
