Gi Group Spa, a company of Gi Group Holding, is looking for a figure to join the team: STAGE HUMAN RESOURCES What will you be doing: within a tutoring project, you will manage the front-office and interviews, screening, and archiving curricula, managing recruitment channels. You will deepen the main aspects related to selection and presentation of candidates to companies, as well as aspects related to personnel administration. Main activities: • You will participate in front-office activities with particular attention to user welcome and demand analysis;• You will be responsible for activating recruitment channels and CV screening;• You will schedule interviews and support the team in conducting selection interviews;• You will be responsible for evaluating and writing profiles with analysis of strengths and areas for improvement;• You will provide feedback after the interview;• You will support the team in activating employment contracts. If you are the ideal person: you have a degree in humanities/economics, interest in human resources, good knowledge of English and MS Office. A Master's degree in HR would be a plus. Completing the profile: excellent relational skills, predisposition to teamwork, dynamism, and flexibility.
