What will you do?

During your internship, you'll get to know all aspects of HR and actively contribute to ongoing projects:

Recruitment and selection:

• Support in drafting job postings,
• Candidate screening and selection,
• Participate in interview discussions,

Onboarding:

• Welcome new colleagues and guide them,

Learning & Development:

• Contribute to training plans and communication about them,

HR policy & administration:

• Develop and update policies and procedures

Project work

• Actively participate in current HR projects and initiatives
