About the job
Do you enjoy organizing, interacting with different people, and ensuring things are handled properly? During your internship within Homeowner Support at Landal Noordzee Résidence Cadzand-Bad, you will get a behind-the-scenes look at managing holiday homes. As an intern, you will support the team in communicating with homeowners and various parties involved in the maintenance and service of the holiday homes. You will learn how to handle inquiries, coordinate tasks, and maintain administration. You will be given the opportunity to work increasingly independently and discover how important good communication and good planning are. What you will do
During your internship, you will support the Homeowner Support team with various activities. You will, among other things: Help homeowners with questions about maintenance, service, and practical matters concerning their holiday home. Maintain contact with colleagues, suppliers, and other involved parties. Assist with planning and follow-up of maintenance work. Process and maintain quotes, invoices, and other documents. Administratively manage information and appointments in a clear manner. Support communication between homeowners and various departments. Participate in meetings and other activities for homeowners. Identify recurring questions or problems and brainstorm solutions with the team. Support projects related to the holiday homes. Learn how to organize multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain an overview. Who you are
You are someone who enjoys organizing and likes interacting with different people. You work accurately, enjoy contributing ideas, and want to discover how Homeowner Support works in practice during your internship. Furthermore:
- You are pursuing an MBO (vocational secondary education) degree in fields such as Facility Management, Hospitality, Leisure, Tourism, Administration, or a comparable program.
- You are service-oriented and enjoy helping others.
- You work in a structured way and like to maintain an overview.
- You are a skilled communicator and approach others easily.
- You enjoy combining administrative tasks with interacting with people.
- You are eager to learn and open to feedback.
- You can work both independently and together with colleagues.
- You have a good command of the Dutch language. English is a plus.
- You are interested in learning more about maintenance, management, and the organization surrounding holiday homes. What we offer you
During your internship at Landal Noordzee Résidence Cadzand-Bad, you will have the opportunity to gain experience in a versatile role that combines communication, administration, and work organization. You will be guided by experienced colleagues and will be given the space to develop yourself and take on more independently. You will receive: Internship allowance: €500 gross per month*. Travel expenses reimbursement: €0.23 per kilometer when you incur costs beyond your student public transport card. Guidance: Good guidance from an SBB/ELHBO-recognized practical supervisor. Internship assignments: Room to work on your school assignments. Development: Opportunities to learn new skills and further develop yourself. Facilities: Free use of our park facilities. Accommodation: The possibility to stay at the park during your internship. Future: If it's a good fit for both parties, there may be an opportunity to continue working at Landal after your internship! *A full-time internship is 38 hours per week, which equates to a 5-day internship week. If you intern less than 5 days per week, your internship allowance and holiday days will be calculated on a pro-rata basis.
