Technically, Winamax is: * A powerful and innovative game engine: dynamic adaptation of game offerings, highly configurable poker games, fraud detection * A distributed and scalable architecture designed to process platform flows in real-time * A modular platform subject to high availability and data security constraints, capable of handling large audiences Context Our gaming platform is based on stateless microservices: each process is a pure function applied to a message and a state. On paper, it's a dream for debugging. In practice, the tooling doesn't exist, and CloudWatch quickly becomes time-consuming as soon as you need to analyze interactions between services. How to replay messages and state changes to reproduce a malfunction identically? Internship Objectives Design and deploy a truly operational tool, in three parts: * Large-scale ingestion and indexing: capture messages and state transitions, define a scalable storage model without impacting production * Local test generator: isolate a sequence, reconstruct the state tree, and output automated regression tests * Replayer: an API and a minimalist back-office to graphically visualize states and inter-service interactions The points of attention: volume, chronological reconstruction fidelity, event correlation in a distributed environment, and tool industrialization (CI/CD, testing, documentation).
