About the job
During your internship at the Front Office, you will use your skills to offer our guests a great experience. You are always ready with a smile to help guests, whether it's with questions about their stay, providing information about the surrounding area, or offering other support. You manage administrative tasks with precision and ensure that all front office processes run smoothly. Additionally, you ensure that the reception and common areas always look well-maintained. With your fresh perspective and creativity, you contribute to improving our service and help develop new ideas, so that our guests always feel welcome and satisfied. Reservations & Bookings: You ensure that our guests have a carefree holiday by flawlessly processing reservations and bookings for our diverse facilities and accommodations. Point of Contact: As the face of our holiday park, you answer all questions, resolve any issues, and offer a helping hand where needed. With your positive attitude, you ensure that everyone feels welcome. Information Provision: You provide our guests with valuable information about all the fun, relaxing, and adventurous activities at the park and in the immediate vicinity. Feedback is golden: You are a good listener and take our guests' comments and suggestions seriously. Thanks to your proactive approach, we ensure that our park continues to meet the wishes and needs of our visitors. Who you are
You are the business card of our park and if you bring this, you are more than welcome with us:
- You are pursuing an education in Travel, Hospitality, Aviation, Recreation, or Culinary Arts.
- You are independent, roll up your sleeves, and have a hospitable attitude.
- You radiate passion for the hospitality industry. What we offer you

Internship allowance: An internship allowance of €500 gross per month*.
Travel expenses reimbursement: €0.23 per km; if you incur costs beyond your student travel card.
Supervision: Good supervision from an SBB/ELHBO recognized practical supervisor.
Assignments: Space to carry out your internship assignment.
Development: Extensive training and educational opportunities.
Facilities: Free use of our park facilities.
Accommodation: The possibility to stay overnight at the park.
Future: Chance to continue working after your internship! We have internship positions available again from March 2027.
*A full-time internship is 38 hours per week, which is equivalent to a 5-day internship week. If you intern fewer than 5 days per week, your internship allowance and vacation day will be calculated on a pro-rata basis.
