Internship - FP&A Analyst (m/f/d) - March 2027

Are you passionate about finance and want to immerse yourself in the financial challenges of a fast-growing French tech company? 

The FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) team is looking for an intern for a 6-month internship to contribute to Doctolib's financial reporting and strategic support. You will work closely with a team of 6 people and have the opportunity to discover all aspects of the team's activities.

Your missions

As an FP&A Analyst, you will be integrated into the FP&A team and will work on diverse missions related to Doctolib's financial management.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Monthly Closings and Financial Reporting: contribute to monthly accounting closings, preparation of monthly group reporting for the COMEX, and contribution to the quarterly deck for the Board
• Support for Strategic Management: assist in preparing presentations for COMEX members and ensure tracking of operational KPIs through our BI tools (Tableau and Metabase)
• Budget Monitoring: track budget assumptions, participate in the construction of quarterly forecasts, and support operational teams 
• Optimization of Reporting Processes (use of AI to ensure and improve our processes)
• Ad-hoc missions on various financial topics

• are a Master 1 or 2 student from a business school or equivalent with a specialization in finance/management control, and are looking for a gap year or end-of-studies internship
• are recognized for your organization and rigor, while also being proactive
• enjoy and are capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
• have excellent written and oral communication skills
• speak fluent English

It would be fantastic if you:

• have prior experience with ERP/EPM software (SAP, Anaplan)
• have an interest in AI
