Optimize customer satisfaction through your friendly attitude, availability, and presence on site
Maintain a strong relationship with customers to retain their loyalty
Ensure the quality of service delivery to the client
Technical job – production:
Ensure information transmission to different services and relay F&B decisions
Participate in updating technical files
Follow menu and tariff changes in line with the Head Chef and Hotel Managers
Participate in F&B meetings
