We are looking for the Swiss Army knife of marketing

Your mission

You will join the Marketing team to contribute to the deployment of our commercial operations and the engagement of our customer base.

At the intersection of Trade Marketing, CRM, and customer experience, you will participate in the implementation of concrete actions aimed at developing customer engagement and the visibility of our partner brands.

Deployment of Commercial Operations

• Participate in the deployment of the animation plan and the implementation of commercial operations.

• Develop and update the communication plans associated with each operation.

• Participate in the coordination of different stakeholders (Marketing, Offer, and supplier teams) to ensure the launch and follow-up of operations.

• Implement free sample operations and ensure their smooth running.

CRM & Communication

• Design and write CRM communications related to commercial operations: newsletters, push notifications, and In-App messages.

• Participate in the creation of visuals for our various communication channels.

• Ensure the online publication and distribution of content in accordance with the defined schedule.

• Ensure the consistency of messaging and the good visibility of operations among our customers.

Performance Analysis & Supplier Relations

• Update post-operation reports to track performance and key success indicators.

• Analyze operation results and draw relevant insights to optimize future activations.

• Participate in the preparation of supplier meetings and contribute to identifying new collaboration opportunities.

Customer Journey & Creativity

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the customer journey and user experience.

• Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative thinking around Le Fourgon's future commercial promotions

This internship is for you if:

• You are pursuing a degree in a business/communication school, university, or equivalent with a specialization in Marketing, Communication, or Digital.

• You are rigorous, organized, and capable of managing multiple subjects in parallel.

• You have excellent writing skills and spelling holds no secrets for you.

• You are comfortable with digital tools and have a particular interest in CRM and customer marketing.

• You are curious, proactive, and enjoy participating in various projects.

• You have a good analytical mind and enjoy understanding the performance of a marketing action through data.

• You enjoy teamwork and can collaborate with various interlocutors.

• You are sensitive to issues related to responsible consumption and want to participate in the development of an impactful company.
