Stage Event Coordination at Priva

Are you organized, entrepreneurial, and energized by events? Do you enjoy arranging things, creating an overview, and ensuring everything behind the scenes is in order? Then we have an internship for you at Priva.

As an Event Coordination Intern, you will work directly with our Event Manager on Priva's event portfolio. This means you won't just be doing supporting tasks: you will have an active role in the preparation and execution of various events. From the initial planning to the last materials at the booth.

What will you do?
Together with the Event Manager, you will ensure that events run smoothly. You will maintain an overview, take on tasks independently, and ensure that agreements are met.

Think for example of:

• Contributing to the preparation and planning of events;

• Maintaining contact with suppliers and other event partners;

• Supporting registrations, invitations, and participant communication;

• Organizing and managing event materials and promotional items;

• Preparing and maintaining schedules and run sheets;

• Following up on quotes and practical agreements with suppliers;

• Assisting with the logistical preparation of events;

• Contributing ideas on how to organize our events smarter and more efficiently;

• Rolling up your sleeves during event days and taking on responsibilities.

You won't just be behind your laptop, but will experience how an event truly comes to life. You will work with the Event Manager, suppliers, colleagues, and other stakeholders, and will be given increasing responsibility.

During your internship, you will work towards one of Priva's largest events: GreenTech Amsterdam in June 2027. An event that involves a lot and where you will be involved from preparation through to the event days. From planning and supplier contact to materials, logistics, and on-site execution: you will literally see the result of your work on the exhibition floor.

After GreenTech 2027, your internship will be over. A great way to conclude your internship period and experience a major event up close.

You:

• are pursuing an MBO, HBO, or equivalent education in Event Management, Leisure & Events, Marketing, Communication, or Hospitality;

• are looking for a practical internship (meewerkstage) and not a graduation internship (afstudeerstage);

• are available from February 2027;

• are organized and enjoy creating an overview;

• master both the Dutch and English languages well, both orally and in writing.

• enjoy liaising with different people and suppliers;

• are practically minded and enjoy thinking in solutions;

• dare to ask questions, but can also work independently;

• enjoy it when no day is exactly the same;

• have an interest in business events, trade fairs, and marketing.

Experience with events is a plus, but we consider enthusiasm, initiative, and organizational talent more important.
