Stage – Digital Marketing & Social Media

The resource will be inserted within the Marketing team and will support the team in digital communication and marketing activities, contributing to the development of social media channels and monitoring online initiative performance, with a structured learning and professional growth path. Main activities In collaboration with the reference team, the resource will be responsible for: - Supporting the management of Group's social media channels (LinkedIn and Instagram), contributing to content realization and publication according to the editorial plan; - Collaborating in graphic content creation, respecting Gruppo's brand identity, subsidiaries', and trademarks'; - Supporting social media performance monitoring and updating monthly reports; - Assisting in Google Ads campaign management supporting Kruso Kapital Apps and products; - Supporting the use of Google Analytics and data analysis tools; - Collaborating on digital marketing and communication initiative proposals to strengthen the brand's positioning and awareness; - Conducting benchmark and competitor analysis to support team activities; - Supporting the preparation of company presentations for internal and external events, in coordination with involved functions. Profile sought We are looking for a curious, proactive, and precise person, interested in digital marketing and communication, eager to learn and take on challenges in a structured context. Requirements - Studies in Marketing, Communication, Economics, Digital Media or related fields; - Good knowledge of the English language; - Familiarity (even at a basic level) with main digital tools, such as: - Google Suite (Google Ads, Search Console, Google Analytics); - Meta Business Suite; - Office Package, particularly Excel; - Firebase (nice to have); - Google Play Console and Apple App Store (nice to have); - Good organizational skills and attention to detail; - Teamwork attitude and good communication skills.
