The Agence de services et de paiement (ASP) is an administrative public institution under the dual supervision of the ministries in charge of Agriculture and Employment. As the leading European paying agency for agricultural aid under the Common Agricultural Policy, the ASP possesses recognized expertise in administrative engineering, processing, control, payment, and user assistance for numerous public aid schemes.

The internship will take place within the General Inspectorate and General Secretariat department of the ASP, working with high-level teams on strategic issues for a leading public agency.

Objective:

To carry out a diagnosis of the Agency's territorial network and propose optimization scenarios for its locations in light of its activity and HR, financial, and real estate challenges.

Missions

At the heart of a high-impact mission, you will participate in:

• Analyzing and structuring data from multiple stakeholders;

• Identifying relevant criteria for understanding the current organization;

• Conducting a clear and well-argued diagnosis of the territorial network;

• Proposing optimization scenarios and concrete recommendations.

You will work on a cross-functional subject, combining analysis, strategy, and forward-looking vision.

Profile Sought

Student in M1 or M2 (Management, Economics-Management, IAE or Business School), you are looking for an intellectually stimulating internship with high added value.
