Veepee generated a turnover of 3.3 billion euros including tax in 2024 and has 5,000 employees spread across 10 countries. 📄 JOB DESCRIPTION Reporting to the Group Communication Department and supported by a Communication lead and a Tech lead, you will join a team that wishes to modernize its internal tools and explores the opportunities offered by generative AI to meet business needs. For several months, the team has been developing and testing various internal tools using AI-assisted rapid prototyping approaches: steering dashboards, event registration platforms, business assistants, and project tracking tools. Your mission will be to contribute to evolving these initial prototypes into more robust, sustainable solutions integrated into the Veepee ecosystem. You will work at the intersection of business, product, and technical challenges, with a direct impact on the daily lives of the teams. 🎯 MISSIONS Your main mission will be to transition these projects from the prototype stage to robust products, integrated with Veepee's standards and technical ecosystem.
Consolidation: Take over the prototypes developed by the Communication team to make the code clean, stable, and maintainable.
Integration: Work hand-in-hand with the Tech team to adapt these tools to Veepee's constraints and systems.
AI Features: Test and integrate AI components (LLM APIs, automation) to meet the communication team's business needs.
Documentation: Write minimal technical documentation to facilitate project handover.
👉MENTORSHIP & ENVIRONMENT You will report to the Communication team while benefiting from dual mentorship:
A Com lead for the business vision and project monitoring.
A Tech mentor to guide you on development best practices, code review, and deployment at Veepee.
👉 PRE-REQUISITES
Degree in development/IT (Bac+5 level), from an engineering school, university, or equivalent, with initial coding experience (personal projects, academic, previous internships)
Proficiency in a backend language (Python, Node.js...) and frontend notions (React, Vue...).
Good command of web development fundamentals (backend and/or frontend).
Strong curiosity for AI tools (manipulation of APIs like OpenAI/Claude, scripts, etc.).
Comfortable with Git.
Initiative, desire to learn from a Tech team, and good interpersonal skills.
Fluent professional English (B2 level minimum).
An experience with tools like Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, Firebase, Supabase or similar technologies is a plus. ✅ BENEFITS
