Why are we recruiting?
The Product team designs user-centric data-driven solutions and business software that help our clients make better business decisions from their data.
Design, data science, and development work hand in hand on concrete problems.
It consists of 30 people (full-stack developers, Product managers, Product owners, DevOps, and Product designers) who build the data science and AI platforms that our clients use daily to guide their decisions.
To accelerate the production of these interfaces, improve our users' journeys, and gather their feedback, we are recruiting a UX/UI Designer intern, mentored by a senior product designer, with real autonomy on complete projects conducted using the Ekimetrics design system, agile methodologies and according to the double diamond method.
The recruitment process:
- An HR interview,
- An on-site technical interview
- A final interview.
Your missions:
Design flows, wireframes, and mockups: not isolated screens, but journeys that help our clients make decisions.
Contribute to the design system: understand why a rule exists before applying it, then evolve it without breaking consistency between our products.
Participate in UX workshops and usability tests (Maze), and propose reasoned solutions.
Collaborate with product designers, product owners, and developers.
Profile sought:
Master's degree in progress, in design, UX/UI, or interactive multimedia.
You follow new products and trends (design systems, AI applied to products, new interactions), and you want to understand why they work.
You have in-depth mastery of Figma (variables, auto-layout, components).
For you, a design system is a system of rules, not a component library. Knowledge of shadcn/ui or an equivalent system is a plus.
You defend your choices with arguments, not just taste.
You manage your time and priorities independently.
You are proactive and reliable on deadlines: you share ideas, doubts, and real progress without waiting to be asked.
Bonus points:
- Knowledge of web accessibility will be appreciated
- Skills in video and slide presentation
Terms:
6-month internship, start date planned between January and March 2027.
Software: Jira, Figma, and Maze.
