Data Consultant Intern - Paris - M/F/X

As a Data Consultant Intern, you will be fully integrated into a team of consultants. Your role will be to assist our clients in developing and implementing their data strategy, from the ideation phase to implementation. Your responsibilities may include:

• Scoping / Project Management: Client and partner interviews, setting up workshops, preparing use cases…
• Construction of roadmaps, data-driven analyses with the project team and infrastructure design in collaboration with our experts 
• Orchestrating the smooth running of the project, applying agile methods where appropriate (sprint planning and reviews, backlog refinement, demos…) 
• Technological and sectoral watch: Staying abreast of the latest trends in data and artificial intelligence to propose innovative solutions.
• Communication: Preparing presentations and communication materials for management committees and client teams.

Recruitment Process 

Step 1: HR interview with our recruitment manager, Anouk. The purpose of this interview is to get to know you, to talk about your professional experiences, your aspirations and to learn more about your interest in consulting and Artefact (45 minutes)

Step 2: Business case interview with a senior Data Consultant. The purpose of this interview is to test your methods and deductive skills, your ability to solve problems, and to confirm your interest in Artefact (1 hour) 

Step 3: Second business case interview with a Data Consultant manager. The purpose of this interview is to test your methods and deductive skills, your ability to solve problems, and to confirm your interest in Artefact (1 hour) 

Profile sought

• Education: you are a student in the final year of an engineering program or a major business school with a specialization in Data, Consulting, or Innovation Management, and you are looking for your end-of-studies internship starting January 2027
• Skills:
• Strong interest in Data Science and data technologies. You are not necessarily a technical expert, but you understand the key concepts of AI, machine learning, Business Intelligence, and Big Data.
• Excellent analytical and synthesis skills.
• Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (particularly PowerPoint and Excel).
• Knowledge of SQL/Python or a data visualization tool (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
• Personal qualities:
• Communication and interpersonal skills: You are able to express yourself clearly and adapt to different audiences.
• Proactivity and autonomy: You are proactive and take initiative.
• Rigor and organization: You are able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Fluent French for teamwork and mandatory professional English for our international clients
