Data Analyst Intern - Paris (M/F/X)

As a Data Analyst intern, you will be integrated into a team working closely with consultants/data scientists and will participate in missions that have a real impact for clients. Your missions may include:

• Collecting, cleaning, and preparing data from various sources (internal databases, APIs, logs, etc.).

• Exploring and analyzing data to identify trends, anomalies, correlations, and useful patterns.

• Participating in the design and creation of dashboards/reports using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, or internal tools) to present results to teams or clients.

• Contributing to the definition of relevant KPIs according to business objectives.

• Working collaboratively with business teams (marketing, product, etc.) to fully understand their needs and transform these needs into actionable analyses.

• Assisting in automating certain reporting processes or simple analyses.

• Documenting your work, sharing results and learnings within the team, and proposing improvements or new approaches when possible.

Profile sought

• Student in the final year of an engineering program, Master 2, or equivalent, with a specialization in Data, Artificial Intelligence, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science, seeking a end-of-studies internship starting January 2027.

• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction/manipulation.

• Knowledge of programming languages for data analysis, typically Python (with pandas, numpy, etc.).

• Good understanding of basic statistical principles (means, distributions, tests, correlations, variance, etc.).

• Ability to create visualizations/dashboards (Tableau, PowerBI, or equivalent tool).

• Minimal knowledge of the digital and data ecosystem (web analytics, datalake, dataviz, etc.) is a plus.

Personal skills / soft skills:

• Logical and analytical mindset, attention to detail.

• Oral and written communication skills: ability to explain results to non-experts.

• Ability to work in a team, to listen and understand business needs.

• Proactivity, curiosity, and the ability to propose new ideas or approaches.

• Autonomy, while being comfortable with follow-up and feedback.

• Good level of French (spoken and written); professional English is a plus, particularly for exchanges or documentation.
