Job missions :

In the framework of a major digital transformation plan for commercial functions, CEVA Logistics is seeking a CRM Business Analyst (M/F) to strengthen the global CRM team. Reporting to the Global Sales Process Manager, you will integrate into the Sales Performance & Governance team of the Commercial Director's office, with the mission:

• Modeling sales processes
• Analyzing and structuring (reports, dashboards, dataviz) CRM data to meet various needs
• Supporting the conduct of change necessary for CRM adoption
•  

In accordance with your interest, other subjects may be entrusted to you.

The profile :

A Master's degree in business or management, you have a strong interest in B2B sales and are already convinced that digital tools and data are performance vectors. You are capable of working in a multicultural environment and speak fluent English.

Prior knowledge appreciated :

• Excel (advanced), Python, PowerBI
• Process modeling BPMN
• Logistics sector
