Job description

ORGANISATION: Reports to the financial service manager.

OBJECTIF: Data processing. Control, analysis, interpretation, and comments. Place orders, coordinate them, and deliveries. Follow-up on administration. Information and advice.

MAIN TASKS:

1. Data processing :

- centralizes and processes data related to:

- merchandise flow (warehouses) .
- food and beverage sales/consumption .
- cash reports
- consolidates these data from different departments and/or establishments,
controls data processing in accordance with directives
- performs extracts - executes various analyses of losses and for diverse sectors (restaurant, banquet)
- interprets data, searches for errors and anomalies, seeks a solution, transmits necessary information or advice to concerned managers
- performs statistics and keeps them up-to-date - verifies the accuracy of inventory and calculation results
