Stage Corporate & Internal Communication

Cisalfa Group, present in Italy and Germany with 7 companies and brands Cisalfa Sport, INTERSPORT Voswinkel and SportScheck, with over 240 stores and 5,500 people, is looking for a resource to be inserted within the Corporate Communication Department with initial stage. Main activities The resource will be involved in the following communication activities and initiatives: - Support earned media (PR, relations with the media, stakeholders/shareholders); - Support internal communications; - Coordinate and implement internal campaigns and events; - Collaborate with the HR department for employee engagement and internal communication; - Develop and maintain a corporate blog; - Create and disseminate company news and announcements; - Manage and update the company's intranet; - Assist in the development of internal communication strategies and plans. The ideal candidate will have: - A degree in Communication, Marketing or related field; - 1-2 years of experience in Corporate Communications or a similar role; - Strong understanding of corporate communications principles and practices; - Excellent written and verbal communication skills; - Ability to work independently and as part of a team; - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); - Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite) is an asset.
