Internship - Corporate Development Analyst (m/f/d) - January 2027

The Corporate Development team is looking for an intern for a 6-month internship to contribute to Doctolib's strategic and financial thinking and to work on possible acquisition or fundraising operations. Reporting to the CFO and having numerous interactions with the Executive Committee, the team operates at the intersection of corporate finance, strategy, and investor relations.

Your missions

As a Corporate Development Analyst, you will be fully integrated into the team and will work in close collaboration with all its members.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Participate in Doctolib's strategic thinking and the preparation of presentations for the Executive Committee
• Monitor the activity of players in the digital health and tech ecosystem (innovations, acquisitions, new geographies, etc.)
• Contribute to the team's AI transformation: participate in thinking about workflows to automate, test and deploy AI agents, measure impact
• Contribute to M&A target origination exercises and M&A deal execution: company valuation, participation in the due diligence process, support for preparing decision documents for the Executive Committee and the Board, etc.
• Support the management of Doctolib's current and future investor relations

• You are looking for a final year internship (Master's level) or a second part of a gap year, with a finance, business, or engineering background – with a strong analytical focus
• You have prior experience in Strategy and / or Corporate Finance (consulting firm, investment bank, corporate M&A, VC, PE)
• You demonstrate leadership, autonomy in your work, and are not afraid to take initiative
• You speak fluent French and have professional English proficiency
• You are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint or their equivalents in the Google Suite

• A fit interview with a team member (45 minutes)
• A live case study with two team members (1 hour)

• Full-time internship with contract
