📄 JOB DESCRIPTION
Within the operations department, the planning department is responsible for planning the main activities of the department, from sales production for the website to the logistical preparation of member packages in warehouses, in order to optimize productivity, costs, and service.
To this end, the department has launched a project entitled "integrated planning" with the objective of integrating all planning activities into a common, automated, and reliable plan.
As the Integrated Supply Chain Planning Project Coordinator, you will work directly with the project manager on the realization of the roadmap as well as on the continuous improvement of planning processes, in collaboration with the relevant tool and business teams.
This includes:
Participation in the implementation of new tool processes and functionalities, from their definition to their deployment
Construction and monitoring of regular alerts on recurring problems with deployed processes and functionalities to ensure their proper functioning and continuous improvement
Execution and analysis of certain planning processes to identify areas for improvement, recommend and implement solutions
🎯 MISSIONS
Activity 1: Participation in the implementation of new tool processes and functionalities
Contribute to the definition and drafting of business needs for the creation or evolution of functionalities
Monitor the implementation of functionalities by the tool teams
Prepare documentation and communication on new processes to support change with the teams
Perform testing of new functionalities before their deployment
Monitor the proper functioning of new processes and functionalities after their deployment
Activity 2: Construction and monitoring of alerts for continuous improvement of planning
Build alert files allowing regular monitoring of recurring problems with deployed processes
Monitor alerts daily to contribute to their resolution
Participate in the identification of root causes and the resolution of the most recurring and impactful alerts
Activity 3: Execution and improvement of planning processes to make them more efficient
Execute certain recurring planning processes
Identify processes and tools that may require analysis and review
Analyze the processes and tools concerned to make recommendations for improvement and implement them
Perform analysis of key planning indicators to propose and then implement improvement proposals contributing to planning performance
👉 REQUIREMENTS
Education:
Higher education, Master's degree level (Bac +5) from an engineering school, business school, or equivalent university program
Technical Skills:
Knowledge in Supply Chain
Proficiency in IT tools, particularly the Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint) or equivalents
Fluent French and English (oral and written)
