Internship - Key Account Deployment Consultant (m/f/d) - January and March 2027

Your missions

Doctolib's ambition is to become the key partner for European healthcare establishments, by facilitating their daily organization and patient access to care.

In order to strengthen its partnership with its clients, Doctolib is recruiting two interns as Project Manager / Key Account Deployment Consultant to support hospitals in the deployment of our services (connected calendar, online appointment booking, online check-in, teleconsultation...).

Our contacts at our partners include general and functional management, project teams, administrators/representatives, and end-users, secretaries and practitioners. Each project involves tens to thousands of contacts, lasting from 3 months to 1 year.

 Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Support consultants in the configuration, training, and launch of projects.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and deliverables to improve the team's methods and tools.
• Contribute to the preparation of client discussions and the monitoring of deployment actions.
• Depending on your skill development, you may be able to manage projects independently.
• Participate in team life and share your feedback.

• Are a Master 2 student in a business school, engineering school, or university and are looking for a final-year internship.
• Have previous client-facing experience, project management experience, or a concrete student project to present.

The recruitment process

• An HR interview with Flore, Talent Partner (15 minutes).
• An interview with a practical case study with a lead and a senior from the Key Account Deployment team (45 minutes).
• A final interview with Charlotte, Team Manager (30 minutes).

Job details

• Full-time internship under agreement.
• Duration: 6 months.
• Desired start dates: January and March 2027.
• Work location: Levallois-Perret.
• Compensation: To be defined based on educational level.
