• Respond to customers via chat and messaging tools

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls

• Accompany our delivery drivers on deliveries

• Improve the customer journey

• Resolve customer issues and find solutions for them

• Ensure customer satisfaction: the customer is at the heart of our model
