Job description

Duration: 6 months – Full-time
Period: starting March 2026
Location: Paris 9th arrondissement
Supervised by: the Event Communication Manager

In this context, we are looking for a digital content-oriented communication intern to support the communication manager within the event & communication department in the production and dissemination of content before, during, and after the France Quantum event and the strategy around the Adopt AI event – Grand Palais.

Missions

In direct support of the communication manager, you will be involved in a wide range of missions:

Content Creation

  • Creation of visuals on Canva
  • Editing short, dynamic videos for social media (reels, stories, teasers, event formats)
  • Writing posts to highlight speakers, partners, and ecosystems (research, industry, tech, innovation…)
  • Adapting content according to project milestones (announcements, teasing, live event, post-event)

Community Management

  • Scheduling and moderating publications on LinkedIn
  • Monitoring and participating in community animation
  • Tracking content performance and reporting insights

Partnerships & Distribution

  • Following up on exchanges related to partner benefits (visibility, posts, dedicated formats)
  • Creating and sending marketing emails

Post-Event

  • Sorting and selecting photos
  • Writing thank-you and highlighting posts
  • Checking and uploading replays
  • Assisting with organizing feedback sessions (REX)

Contribution to Strategic Thinking

  • Participating in discussions around content strategy and editorial line
  • Brainstorming new content formats and new communication channels

Contribution to Reflection on

  • the implementation of an editorial retro-planning
  • the structuring of communication packages for partners

The intern will be proactive and involved in reflection, with final decisions resting with the communication manager.

Profile Sought

  • Master's student in communication, marketing, or equivalent, with some internship experience in communication
  • Creative, curious, with a strong interest in AI and events
  • Good command of visual creation and a keen eye for images (photo & video)
  • Excellent written French and bilingual English (to follow and participate in writing & speaking in both languages)
  • Organized, rigorous, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Autonomous, dynamic, proactive, with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Aware of digital communication and social media trends

Technical Skills

  • Canva required, Photoshop is a plus
  • Video editing tools: CapCut, Premiere Rush, or equivalent
  • Knowledge of mailing tools (Pardot or other)

Conditions

  • Compensation: based on profile and agreement
  • Location: Paris 9th arrondissement, with possibility of partial remote work
