About Adopt AI – Grand Palais

On December 3 and 4, 2026, Artefact Open Innovation will organize the 3rd edition of Adopt AI – Grand Palais, the leading international summit dedicated to artificial intelligence.

Held at the Grand Palais in Paris, the event will bring together over 25,000 participants, 500 speakers, and 250 exhibitors.
Its ambition is threefold:

• Inspire, through renowned international speakers sharing their vision
  
  
• Demonstrate concretely how AI is transforming industries through case studies
  
  
• Mobilize ecosystems through concrete discussions to accelerate the real adoption of AI

In this context, we are seeking a communications intern with a strong interest in communication strategies to support the communications manager within the events & communications department in structuring and deploying the communication for Adopt AI.

Missions

In direct support of the communications manager and within the events & communications department, you will be involved in a wide range of missions:

Communication & Brand Strategy

• Participation in the thought process around promoting the Adopt AI – Grand Palais event
• Contribution to the consistency of messages and communication across all platforms
• Support in structuring the event's communication strategy
• Consideration for improving the SEO and referencing of our website and social media, data cleaning and qualification
  
  

Content Creation

• Creation of visuals on Canva
• Production of short video formats (teasers, announcements, social media formats)
• Creation of communication kits for partners and speakers
• Writing LinkedIn posts and editorial content related to the event
  
  

Mailings & Distribution

• Writing and sending targeted marketing mailings
• Contribution to the distribution of content to various ecosystems (companies, institutions, startups, AI)
  
  

Partnerships

• Support in tracking partner benefits
• Contribution to structuring communication packages
  
  

Contribution to Strategic Thinking

• Participation in brainstorming sessions regarding:
• new content formats
• new communication channels
  
  
• Contribution to thinking about:
• the selection of photo/video service providers
• the implementation of a communication roadmap
• Advertising campaigns (web)
• LinkedIn Ads campaigns
  
  

The intern will be proactive and involved in the thought process, with final decisions resting with the communications manager.

Candidate Profile

• Master's student in communication, marketing, or equivalent
• Strong interest in AI and events
• Sensitivity to positioning, messaging, and editorial consistency issues
• Excellent French spelling and bilingual in English (to follow and participate in writing and speaking in both languages)
• Organized, meticulous, comfortable with project management
• Autonomous, curious, proactive

Technical Skills

• Canva essential
• Video editing tools appreciated
• Knowledge of mailing tools (Pardot or other)

Conditions

• Stipend: based on profile and agreement

Location: Paris 9th, with possibility of partial remote work
