About Adopt AI – Grand Palais

On December 3rd and 4th, 2026, Artefact Open Innovation is organizing the 3rd edition of Adopt AI – Grand Palais, the leading international summit dedicated to artificial intelligence.

Held at the Grand Palais in Paris, the event will bring together over 25,000 participants, 500 speakers, and 250 exhibitors.
Its ambition is threefold:

• Inspire, thanks to renowned international speakers sharing their vision
  
  
• Show concretely how AI is transforming industries through feedback and experience
  
  
• Mobilize ecosystems around concrete discussions to accelerate the real adoption of AI

In this context, we are looking for a communications intern with a penchant for digital content, to support the communications manager within the event & communication department in structuring and deploying Adopt AI's communication.

Missions

In direct support of the communications manager and within the event & communication department, you will be involved in a wide range of tasks:

Content Creation

• Creation of visuals on Canva
• Creation of short, dynamic videos for social media (reels, stories, teasers, etc. formats)
• Writing posts for speakers, partners, and ecosystems (on our various verticals: finance, health, sports, etc.)

Mailings & Distribution

• Writing and sending targeted marketing mailings
• Contribution to the distribution of content to various ecosystems (businesses, institutions, startups, AI)

Partnerships

• Support in monitoring partner contributions

Community Management

• Scheduling and moderating publications on our social media channels (LinkedIn: 7 accounts)
• Monitoring and participating in community animation

Partnerships & Distribution

• Monitoring exchanges with partner contributions 
• Creation and sending of marketing mailings to different ecosystems (finance, health, sports, tech…)

Post-Event

• Sorting and selecting photos
• Writing thank-you and appreciation posts
• Verifying and uploading replays
• Assisting in the organization of feedback sessions (REX)

The intern will be proactive and involved in reflection, with final decisions resting with the communications manager.

Profile Sought

• Master's student in communication, marketing, or equivalent
• Strong interest in AI and events
• Sensitivity to positioning, messaging, and editorial consistency issues
• Excellent French writing skills and bilingual English (to follow and participate in writing and speaking in both languages)
• Organized, rigorous, comfortable with project management
• Autonomous, curious, proactive

Technical Skills

• Canva essential
• Video editing tools appreciated
• Knowledge of mailing tools (Pardot or other)

Conditions

• Stipend: based on profile and agreement

Location: Paris 9th, with possibility of partial remote work
