Your mission

Energize and develop our flagship events and our AI ecosystems by ensuring a central role in coordination and public/international relations.

Adopt AI is a leading global summit on AI adoption. Held in December at the Grand Palais, it is the culmination of 9 years of expertise and brings together all our AI verticals: AI for Health, AI for Finance, AI for Industry, and many others.

Your missions & challenges

Public relations, international relations & contact development

  • Regular monitoring of the various entities in our ecosystem (institutions, companies, experts, media)
  • Identification and research of new strategic contacts
  • Drafting personalized invitations and outreach messages
  • Updating and enriching our working documents and databases
  • Drafting communication materials (posts, newsletters, briefs, presentation materials)
  • Mapping our international contacts & stakeholders

Project management & cross-functional

  • Support for the organization of our events throughout the year
  • Follow-up of the action plan, participation in steering committees, support with materials, logistical assistance
  • Assistance in drafting strategic notes following the organization of various brainstorming workshops
  • Contribution to managing relationships with our partners (major groups, startups, institutions)
  • Monitoring and updating shared tools and working documents

Your profile

  • Student in the final year of a Bac+5 / Master 2 program (Bac+4 accepted depending on profile)
  • Education from a business school, management school, or engineering school with a strong focus on project management: HEC Paris, ESSEC, ESCP Business School, EM Lyon, Centrale Paris / CentraleSupélec, SKEMA, IAE Paris-Sorbonne, Paris Dauphine — PSL
  • Interest in AI, innovation, and event management
  • Knowledge of the AI ecosystem is appreciated
  • Previous experience in project management or event management is welcome
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory
