Job description
As part of the migration of our desktop application, we are looking for an intern to manage the adoption monitoring and support our clients throughout their transition to the new solution.
The objective will be to enable as many clients as possible to migrate under the best conditions before the progressive handover of monitoring to our Support team, at the end of the internship.
This internship combines project management, client communication, change management, data analysis, and understanding of hospital IT environments.
Your missions
Manage communication around the migration
You will build and deploy a communication plan adapted to the different stages of the migration:
Identification of clients to contact and segmentation of populations;
Preparation of initial contact messages;
Organization of follow-ups and response tracking;
Adaptation of communications based on client progress;
Management of objections, questions, and potential blocking points;
Formalization of best practices and arguments.
Prioritize migrations
You will contribute to defining a client prioritization strategy based on various criteria:
Size and type of establishments;
Level of maturity or technical readiness;
Constraints related to the IT environment;
Level of engagement and responsiveness from contacts;
Identified risks and complexity of the necessary support.
The objective will be to focus efforts on clients with the best potential for progress or those requiring specific support.
Implement a tracking spreadsheet and reporting tools
You will design and maintain a dashboard to track the overall migration progress, including:
Number of clients contacted;
Response and follow-up rates;
Clients migrated, in the process of migrating, or not yet engaged;
Main reasons for blocking;
Actions taken and next steps;
Adoption and usage indicators.
You will notably leverage Mixpanel and available internal tools to ensure reliable tracking and produce regular reports for the relevant teams.
Support clients
Depending on identified needs, you may also directly participate in client support:
Answering migration-related questions;
Coordination with technical and Support teams;
Assistance in preparing migration steps;
Monitoring situations requiring personalized support;
Reporting recurring irritants and needs;
Contribution to the continuous improvement of the migration process.
Prepare handover to the Support team
A significant part of the internship will involve preparing for the Support team to take over monitoring:
Documentation of the migration process;
Centralization of the history and status of each client;
Formalization of standard procedures and responses;
Identification of special cases and residual risks;
Transmission of tools, methods, and pilot indicators.
Profile sought
You are a student in an engineering school or pursuing higher education in IT, systems and networks, project management, or an equivalent field.
Ideally, you have knowledge in:
System and network administration;
Business IT environments;
Data analysis and monitoring;
Project management or change management;
Product reporting and analysis tools, particularly Mixpanel.
A prior understanding of hospital information systems would be a significant plus.
We are primarily looking for someone who is:
Structured and organized;
Comfortable interacting with diverse stakeholders;
Capable of managing multiple topics in parallel;
Curious and autonomous;
Possessing strong analytical skills;
Skilled in formalizing, summarizing, and following action plans;
Results-oriented and focused on client satisfaction.
What you will learn
This internship will allow you to gain concrete experience in:
Managing a large-scale migration project;
Communicating with and supporting professional clients;
Change management in a demanding environment;
Product data analysis and using Mixpanel;
Building monitoring indicators;
Coordination between Product, Technical, Customer Success, and Support teams;
