📄 JOB DESCRIPTION

Integrated into the Veepee Integrated Agency, your main missions will be to lead,

coordinate, and ensure the follow-up, as well as the implementation of internal and external marketing and communication projects related to the image of the Veepee and Veepee group brands.


🎯 MISSIONS
  • Be the conductor of branding projects by coordinating all creatives and liaising with the department issuing the brief (internal to the company).
  • Advise on the communication strategy to be implemented: challenge, question, clarify briefs, budgets, and timelines.
  • Ensure that the creative response meets the initial objectives and the Veepee brand image.
  • Manage the operational aspects of projects (budget, timing, invoicing...) and be their spokesperson.
  • Organize and plan artistic partnerships related to animations on the screen of the Vérone building.
  • Work as a team on social media strategy: lead collaboration between designers, monitor projects, take meeting minutes, and conduct a benchmark of trends to optimize our digital presence.
  • Conduct a benchmark of competitors and digital trends to inform the teams.

    • 👉 REQUIREMENTS

  • Currently pursuing higher education (Bac+4/5) in a university specializing in communication/marketing, a business school, or a communication school.

  • First significant experience in marketing/communication project management in an agency or with a client.

  • Possessing excellent writing skills, you are autonomous, proactive, creative, dynamic, rigorous, and organized.

  • You demonstrate a strong ability to build constructive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • You have a passion for communication and marketing strategies and a curiosity for creative aspects.

  • Knowledge of e-commerce and digital recommended.

  • Proficiency in English is essential, as are office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
