Reporting to Virginie, as an intern in project management, you will join the Transformation / CSR team and actively participate in the implementation of the Transformation roadmap as well as Fleury Michon Governance.

An internship at the heart of cross-functional projects, which will allow you to work with different departments, develop your project management skills, and concretely contribute to supporting the company's transformation.

🎯 Your missions

You will be involved in several dimensions of project management:

📅 Project Planning and Monitoring

• Participate in the development of project schedules and the definition of different milestones.

• Monitor task progress and ensure deadlines are met.

• Prepare progress reports and present them during team meetings.

• Facilitate communication between the different project stakeholders.

• Organize and lead project monitoring meetings within your scope.

• Manage change requests and any unforeseen events.

📊 Analysis and Reporting

• Collect and analyze the data necessary for monitoring project performance.

• Identify risks and opportunities and contribute to the implementation of appropriate solutions.

• Write progress reports and summarize the results obtained.

• Monitor and analyze project KPIs monthly.

🔄 Transformation Support

• Participate in the management and administration of project software.

• Provide technical and functional support to the teams.

• Prepare content for Steering Committees (COPIL) and supporting materials related to the project methodology and governance.

• Support Transformation project managers in their missions, as needed.

🤝 Governance

• Contribute to the updating of documentation and systems.

• Prepare, with the support of the team, the various events related to governance.

• Ensure the consistency of the governance system.

• Measure deviations and contribute to the management of continuous improvement plans for Fleury Michon and Fleury Michon LS governance.

👤 What your supervisor expects from you

You are currently pursuing a Bac+5 / Master 2 degree and wish to develop your experience in project management and business transformation.

You have:

• Initial knowledge of transformation and project management processes;

• Good command of Microsoft tools.
