Internship - AI Project Manager

SOGECLAIR Training & Simulation designs railway driving training simulators, software and hardware, around its OkSyGen platform. The company has approximately 125 employees spread across five countries: France, India, Australia, Canada, and the United Kingdom.

It is engaged in a transformation program, which affects its businesses, its methods, and its tools. AI is one of its drivers. Tools are already deployed and the SOGECLAIR group's digital transformation team is working on the subject.

What we are looking for is someone who can bridge the gap between these possibilities and the daily lives of the teams: understand real needs, prove value through concrete cases, and inspire everyone to embrace it.

Missions:

Your role: be the catalyst for AI adoption throughout the company. You will work closely with the group's digital transformation team.

1. Understand the ground reality. Conduct interviews with all teams (engineering, projects, sales, customer support, etc.) to identify real pain points and high-potential use cases.

1. Establish a framework. Map data by sensitivity level and propose clear usage rules: which tool for which data.

1. Prove by example. Design and deploy POCs for priority use cases, define gain indicators and measure them.
2. Onboard the teams. Make AI understandable and useful for everyone: demonstrations on the teams' actual work, workshops, training.

1. Build the roadmap. Develop an AI roadmap covering all teams and present it to the Executive Committee.

In 6 months: an AI roadmap for all teams, deployed and used POCs, and an Executive Committee that truly understands the possibilities of AI.

1. Month 1: immersion and diagnosis. Interviews with all teams, mapping of use cases and data, proposed usage framework, defined gain indicators, and measured baseline situation.
2. Months 2 to 4: proof of value. POCs deployed for priority use cases, first gains measured, first AI referents trained, CODIR awareness session.
3. Months 5 and 6: scaling up. AI roadmap presented to the CODIR, replication kit for international sites, documentation to ensure continuity after the internship.

Requirements

You are in your final year of engineering school, ideally with a double management specialization, and you have already built things with generative AI.

• Education: Engineering school (Data, AI, or Computer Science specialization), or dual degree in Engineering and Management.
• AI practice: you have already created assistants, automations, or agents (personal project, hackathon, internship), beyond a course. You know how to prototype quickly.
• Pedagogy: you know how to explain simply and inspire enthusiasm, even to people far removed from the subject.
• Listening skills: you are comfortable conducting interviews and understanding a profession that is not your own.
• Autonomy and political acumen: you know how to prioritize, move forward independently, and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Fluent English: replication will be done with teams in India, Australia, Canada, and the United Kingdom.
