This position is based in Rennes, France.

6-month internship starting January 2027 or later.

 

Within our People Operations team, you will be a key contributor to our daily HR operations. This 6-month internship offers a comprehensive and operational insight into human resources, working closely with internal and external stakeholders based in France.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Personnel Administration & Onboarding

  • Manage personnel administration tasks (medical check-ups, supplementary health insurance, meal vouchers, pre-employment declarations, on-call duty monitoring).
  • Prepare variable payroll elements for the payroll team.
  • Support the onboarding of new employees (administrative files, internal tools, first-day coordination).

HR Information Systems

  • Administer and update data in Personio.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of system settings for the French scope.

Reporting

  • Produce and monitor key HR indicators (headcount, absenteeism, turnover).

Training

  • Oversee the administrative follow-up of training files with the OPCO (Accredited Training Organization).

Recruitment & Internships

  • Coordinate work-shadowing internship campaigns.
  • Provide occasional support for recruitment activities.

 

Preferred Experience

  • Master's degree student (Bac+5) in Human Resources, Labor Law, Management, or Business School with an HR specialization.
  • Proficient with office tools (especially Excel); previous experience with an HRIS is a plus.
  • Meticulous, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a sense of professional discretion.
  • An operational level of English is appreciated (international environment).
