Veepee achieved a turnover of 3.3 billion euros including tax in 2024 and has 5,000 employees across 10 countries. 📄 JOB DESCRIPTION Within the Communication Department, you will join Veepee's Internal & Editorial Communication team. You will be specifically responsible for contributing to the **enhancement of employee-related initiatives**, whether it's key HR information, internal programs, development actions, or cross-functional projects related to engagement, corporate culture, and CSR. Assisted by a project manager, you will independently take charge of a **scope of internal communications with a strong "employee" dimension**, in collaboration with various business stakeholders (including HR teams), while also participating in the implementation of internal events and actions. Your role will combine coordination, editorial production, visual creation, and operational project management
🎯 MISSIONS1. Management of an internal communication scope focused on "employee initiatives" Structure and support communication needs on topics related to internal life: programs, key information, news, employee schemes… Collect and formalize briefs from the concerned teams (People, internal development, learning, engagement…). Write and distribute content across internal channels: emails, Slack posts, intranet articles, visual communications of educational or informative messages broadcast on digital screens. Ensure editorial coherence and propose formats adapted to different audiences. 2. Coordination & Management of Cross-Functional Projects (CSR, Engagement, Corporate Culture) Participate in the design and animation of internal actions: key CSR events, HR calendar events, awareness campaigns, engagement initiatives, projects led with the Veepee Fund. Manage operational communication aspects: planning, stakeholder coordination, logistical follow-up, and distribution. 3. Content Creation & Design Design various visual materials: infographics, visuals for screens, banners, mini-guides, intranet elements… Adapt messages into suitable visual formats, primarily using **Canva**. Ensure graphic coherence with Veepee's visual identity.
👉 MUST HAVE SKILLSStudent pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Communication / HR, Business School, or equivalent. Strong interest in **internal communication**, **corporate life**, and **employee impact projects** (HR development, engagement, inclusion, culture…). Excellent writing skills and ability to simplify various subjects. Very good command of Canva, and/or DTP tools. Organization, rigor, sense of priority, and autonomy. Interpersonal skills: coordination, brief taking, regular interactions with various departments. Creative, curious, proactive, and comfortable with digital tools. Fluent English is essential.
