Intern - B2B CRM Campaign Manager (m/f/d) - January 2027

Do you want to deepen your technical skills by combining them with concrete marketing objectives? The Campaign Factory is recruiting an intern for its team!

The team manages all campaigns (email, in-app, and SMS) and fulfills two key missions:

1. Support the business teams of the Marketing department in achieving their objectives.
2. Scale marketing initiatives by simplifying our processes as much as possible through the automation/optimization of our tools and actions.

As a Campaign Management Intern, you will support the Marketing and Product teams in implementing their communication strategies (upsell, product launch, etc.).

Your missions

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Support product/marketing teams in sharing their needs and propose recommendations (target audience, message, format...);
• Configure campaigns in our software via the Walk-me tool (in-app) and/or via the Braze tool (email/SMS);
• Implement different customer journeys and ensure their maintenance;
• Collaborate daily with the Product, Design, Tech, and Data teams to advance the various projects you are involved in;
• Make data accessible to the teams working with us by building/maintaining dashboards;
• Participate in the optimization of existing processes or propose new ones to increase team efficiency.

It would be fantastic if you have:

• First experience in digital marketing (website management, marketing automation, CRM...);
• Basic knowledge of SQL & HTML

• Operational interview with Rémi, Campaign Manager (45 minutes)
• Final interview with Elise, Head of Global CRM (30 minutes)
