Ready to trade the lecture halls for the front line of digital marketing? Start your internship as a Campaign Operations Intern at WPP Media in Eindhoven in January/February 2027! You will manage campaigns for top brands, work with partners like Google, and optimize based on data. We greatly value your fresh perspective and sharp analysis. Additionally, we certainly work hard and learn non-stop, but good times are just as high on the agenda!

• Participate & Learn Directly: No boring theory, but straight to work in one of our client teams! You will dive into data, analyze campaigns, spot trends, and learn how we make them perform optimally using AI. You will actively contribute to ongoing projects and have the opportunity to make valuable contributions immediately.
• Discover Your Passion & Deepen Your Knowledge: Get acquainted with various specialisms within online marketing, such as Social Media Advertising, Online Video, SEO, SEA, Programmatic Advertising, and more. Under the guidance of experienced specialists, you will learn the ins and outs of the profession and have the opportunity to delve into the areas that appeal to you most.
• Become an Online Marketing & AI Expert: CPMs, CPCs, attribution, machine learning... still sounds complicated? No problem! We will teach you everything you need to know and how to use this knowledge daily to optimize campaigns with the latest tools and AI techniques.
• Your Development is Central: We believe in your potential! You will have the space to learn, experiment, and bring in new ideas, always with attention to the latest AI developments and personal guidance.

Who are you?

• You are a 3rd or 4th-year HBO/WO student in a relevant field such as Marketing, Communication, Commercial Economics, or Business Innovation;
• You are available from January/February 2027 for a period of at least 5 months;
• You can work at least 4 days a week;
• You are independent, communicative, and thrive in a dynamic environment;
• You are honest, reliable, and have an open, proactive attitude;
• You work accurately, structurally, and have an excellent command of the Dutch and English languages.
