• Reporting Design and Development: Participate in the creation of custom reports (Custom Reports, Matrix Reports) and interactive dashboards (Discovery Boards) on Workday.
• Business Needs Analysis: Liaise with international HR stakeholders to define their key performance indicators (KPIs) and translate them into robust technical solutions. 🤝
• Modeling and Calculated Logic: Configure calculated fields (Calculated Fields) ensuring the precision and accuracy of employee analyses.
• Data Governance and Catalog: Document, organize, and optimize the report catalog to ensure operational maintenance, avoid duplication, and guarantee tool adoption. 📂
• Security and Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to confidentiality (GDPR) and access rights management through security groups (ISG/CSG). 🔒

🎯 Your Profile

• Education: Student in the final year of a Master's degree program (Bac+5) (engineering school, specialized Master's in Data, Business Intelligence, or Decision Informatics).
• Technical Foundation: Solid SQL fundamentals and a strong interest in BI/reporting tools (Workday, Tableau, Power BI, etc.). 💻
• Personal Qualities: Methodical rigor, analytical skills, autonomy, and technical curiosity.
