Stage Back Office Commerciale

ZETASERVICE S.R.L. is looking for a Business Unit specializing in Talent Acquisition for our client companies, born from the need to offer a complete range of HR services to our Zeta Service network. Our goal is to identify people who, beyond possessing the required technical skills, embody also the values and culture that companies seek. We are supporting a leading client company in the distribution of industrial and marine motors, in the search for a resource to be inserted into a Back Office Commerciale stage program. We are looking for a dynamic, proactive person with excellent communication skills, interested in developing skills in commercial and order management. Main activities (in collaboration with an internal tutor) The selected person will have the opportunity to learn and support the team in the following activities: - Verification and insertion of orders into the management system, monitoring their progress and confirmation. - Control of supplier order confirmations and verification of product availability compared to warehouse stock. - Management of order variations and reporting of any non-conformities or complaints to competent functions. - Collaboration in managing supply chain non-conformities and in the vendor rating process. - Administrative support to the customer and participation in drafting sales offers. - Updating and archiving commercial documentation, in both paper and digital formats. Requirements - High School Diploma or equivalent. - Good knowledge of the Office package (particularly Excel and Word). - Own means of transportation to reach the company's headquarters.
