Internship - Talent Acquisition Specialist Assistant (M/F)

We are looking for the talents of a Talent Acquisition Specialist Assistant (M/F) to join our team for a 6-month internship starting January 2027. This position is based in Paris (75).

Reporting to the Talent & Human Resources department, you will participate in identifying and recruiting the best talents of tomorrow in a context of international growth.

Specifically, you will be in charge of the following tasks:

• Support the Talent team on various recruitments from A to Z:
  - We operate like an internal headhunting firm for the various head office professions and we regularly proceed by direct approach - we will train you in our profession;
  - After discussing the need with the department manager or our founder and the Talent team, you will autonomously start the profile identification phase on LinkedIn, initial contacts, and telephone qualification;
  - In parallel, you will post an advertisement and will be responsible for CV screening;
  - You will assist, if you wish, in in-person interviews with a team member and will follow the process through to recruitment;

• Manage the recruitment campaign for internships/work-study programs for July 2027: you will gather needs from managers, post advertisements, and answer managers' questions. You will be the Talent point of contact for this subject;

• Talent sourcing: you will process unsolicited applications and conduct exploratory discussions with the most promising profiles.

• Other projects: depending on the team's current activities, you may occasionally participate in cross-functional projects within the human resources department (employer branding, school relations, etc.).

This internship will allow you to gain a good understanding of the different roles we have at Sézane and the challenges of a fast-growing, human-centered company :)

Requirements

• You are a student looking for a gap year or end-of-studies internship, ideally with previous recruitment experience or great curiosity;
• You are organized, rigorous, and a very good communicator;
• You have a particular interest in the fashion sector;
• You wish to work in an international environment and therefore have fluent English.
