Intern - Showroom Image Assistant (M/F)

Twenty years ago, the first Les Composantes selections were launched. A story born from a thirst for independence and a passion for vintage. An instinctive way of circulating clothes, guided by a particular attention to what lasts.

Following on from this, Sézane came to life in 2013: the first French fashion brand born online. Then came to enrich this universe: Octobre Éditions for men, Les Composantes, this time dedicated to the art of living, and Petit Sézane for children.

Integrated into Sézane's Merchandising department, the Showroom Image Assistant (M/F) will assist the Stock Manager in organizing the showroom and coordinating products related to content creation campaigns. This position, based in Paris (75), is to be filled from January 2027 for a period of 6 months.

This internship is a concrete immersion into the world of fashion, at the crossroads of the Style and Production teams in the content factory. Your main responsibilities will be:

Product Coordination for Campaigns

• Preparation of product selections for the brand's various shoots: ready-to-wear, shoes, and accessories
• Tracking campaign returns: tidying up, sending to dry cleaners, labeling…
• Assistance in managing specific needs for shoots
• Tracking and managing the movement of items between different departments (Style, Studio, Retail, VM, RS…)
• Participation in the search for specific items for certain projects

Daily Showroom Management

• Receiving, checking, and storing products
• Daily organization and tidying of the showroom
• Tracking and returning items at the end of collections
• Assistance in coordinating internal requests related to the showroom

Requirements

• Training in a fashion, communication, styling, or merchandising school, or a university equivalent with a strong interest in brand image and the world of creation
• First experience in a showroom or a fashion-related environment is appreciated
• Rigor, autonomy, and good management of priorities and time
• Responsiveness, team spirit, and proactivity, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, multi-stakeholder environment
• Good visual memory and a well-developed sense of product
• Proficiency in the Office suite, particularly Excel
