Intern - After-Sales Service Quality Assistant M/F

Reporting to the Quality team, you will work in close collaboration with the Quality Project Manager and the Production department. You will provide support in carrying out various tasks mainly related to After-Sales Service management.

AFTER-SALES SERVICE

· Processing internal complaints received through various channels (e-commerce, retail, wholesale)

· Technical defect analysis

· Providing product repair solutions where possible

· Organizing the tracking of defective goods between customers, headquarters, and manufacturers

REPORTING AND COMMUNICATION

· Enriching the defect repository

QUALITY CONTROL

· Reinforcement for quality control in the warehouse during seasonal peaks

· Travel to the warehouse is to be expected.

SPECIFICATIONS

· Drafting specifications for manufacturers

· Product sensitivity

· Technical knowledge appreciated

· Pack Office, good knowledge of Excel required

· Good level of English

· Good written and oral communication skills

6-month internship recognized by a state-accredited institution only, to start in SEPTEMBER 2026
