📄 JOB DESCRIPTION
You will be integrated into the Veepee travel team and will assist a team of sales representatives in their daily tasks for Long Haul destinations. You will be involved in cross-functional work with various travel teams.

🎯 MISSIONS

Main Activity 1: Administrative Tasks

  • Creation of Flash sales operation codes, daily updates, and monitoring in the various tools

  • Ensure consistency between the schedule and the various internal and external tools

  • Assist the sales team daily with various schedule changes related to the activity

  • Send schedules to partners

  • Manage contracts sent to partners and commission setup

    • Activity 2: Benchmark + Regular Competitive Intelligence:

  • Assist sales representatives with benchmarks (pricing/positioning) for flash sales.

  • Conduct specific analyses as needed.

    • Activity 3: Flash Sale & Business Assistance:

  • Assist the manager in preparing certain team meetings

  • Assist sales representatives with certain operations and key accounts.

    • Important: As the flash sales environment evolves rapidly, some missions may be subject to change.


    👉 PREREQUISITES

  • You are currently pursuing a degree in a business school or university and have a Bachelor's/Master's level.

  • You are proficient in Excel (Pivot Tables, Charts), comfortable with numbers, and possess an analytical mind.

  • You are passionate about the travel industry.

  • You are recognized for your initiative, your interpersonal skills, your dynamism, and your adaptability; these qualities will be your main assets for success in this role.

  • Autonomous and comfortable in a fast-paced environment, you demonstrate curiosity and go beyond your role.
