Internship - Internal Communication & Engagement Project Assistant (M/F)

Twenty years ago, the first Les Composantes selections came into being. A story born from a thirst for independence and a passion for vintage. An instinctive way of circulating clothing, guided by a particular attention to what lasts.

As an extension of this, Sézane was born in 2013: the first French fashion brand created online. Then came to enrich this universe: Octobre Éditions for men, Les Composantes, this time dedicated to the art of living, and Petit Sézane for children.

We are looking for the talents of an Internal Communication & Engagement Project Assistant (M/F) to join our teams as part of a 6-month internship starting January 2027.

This position is based in Paris (75).

You will play a key role in defining and implementing Sézane's internal marketing, communication, and events strategy.

Reporting to the Head of the Unit, your main responsibilities will be:

Contribution to internal communication strategy

• Participate in the deployment of communication plans aimed at supporting internal initiatives (project launches, events, highlights)
• Contribute to the smooth circulation and consistency of internal messages, in line with Sézane's culture and values

Management of the internal Instagram account

• Assist in the preparation of the editorial calendar
• Contribute to content creation: research formats, write texts, support production (filming, set design, editing or monitoring editing with the creative team).
• Write captions and participate in content publishing

Internal communication tools and materials

• Participate in the management of various internal communication channels (Slack, newsletters, emails...)
• Participate in the writing and distribution of various content (podcasts, paper newsletter)
• Ensure editorial monitoring and consistency of materials

Organization of internal events

• Contact partners and coordinate exchanges to ensure quantity management and logistical follow-up of catering (food & drinks, gifting, etc.)
• Ensure schedule and exchange monitoring, paying attention to deadlines and the flow of information
• Guarantee the quality of the experience in accordance with Sézane's image and values

Monitoring & benchmarking

• Conduct regular monitoring of internal communication trends and best practices

Requirements

• You are a student in a business school or equivalent university program, and you are looking for a final internship
• You can highlight a significant previous internship experience in marketing, communication, or event management
• Curious and creative, you have a strong visual sensibility and an eye for detail
• You are recognized for your organization and rigor
• You have a genuine editorial sensibility
• You have a deep interest in and daily use of Instagram and social networks in general
• Proactive and willing, you have excellent interpersonal skills and a desire to evolve in an agile and dynamic environment
• You love teamwork, mutual support, and are driven by an entrepreneurial spirit
• The Office Suite holds no secrets for you and you speak fluent English
