Internship - Project Manager Assistant for Collaborations and Partnerships (M/F)

We are looking for the talents of a Project Manager for Collaborations and Partnerships (M/F) to join our team for a 6-month internship based in Paris (75) and to start as soon as possible.

Reporting to the Project Manager for Collaborations and Partnerships, your main responsibilities will be:

1/ Coordinate and deploy collaborations and partnerships

• Participate in the construction of 360° projects, from idea to operational execution
• Develop a clear and detailed roadmap to coordinate the involvement of different departments and the associated timing
• Ensure operational project monitoring (exchanges with partners, retroplanning, progress updates, and reporting)
• Ensure coordination of exchanges with the various involved internal departments (graphics, purchasing, production, legal, press, retail, logistics, etc.)
• Monitor key KPIs (sales, customer acquisition, etc.) to measure the business performance of projects
• Implement and maintain project monitoring tools
• Contribute to budget monitoring and invoice management

2 / Cultivate brand preference

• Identify new partners and collaboration opportunities
• Regular benchmark and competitive intelligence to feed strategic thinking

Requirements

• You are a student in a business school or equivalent university program, and you are looking for a gap year internship or a final year internship. You have significant previous internship experience in development or operational marketing;
• You have an affinity and sensitivity for products;
• You are organized, proactive, with good relational and interpersonal skills;
• You enjoy entrepreneurship and challenges with a strong interest in project development;
• You have both a business and creative mindset, results-oriented;
• You wish to evolve in an international environment and have fluent English for this purpose.
