Internship – Assistant Digital Content Communications Officer (M/F)

In this context, we are looking for an intern communications officer focused on digital content, to support the communications officer within the events & communications department on the production and dissemination of content before, during, and after the France Quantum event and the strategy around the Adopt AI - Grand Palais event.

Missions

In direct support of the communications officer, you will be involved in a wide range of missions:

Content Creation

• Creation of visuals on Canva
• Editing of short, dynamic videos for social networks (reels, stories, teasers, event formats)
• Writing posts to highlight speakers, partners, and ecosystems (research, industry, tech, innovation…)
• Adapting content according to project highlights (announcements, teasers, live event, post-event)
  
  

Community Management

• Scheduling and moderation of LinkedIn posts
• Monitoring and participation in community engagement
• Tracking content performance and reporting insights
  
  

Partnerships & Distribution

• Tracking exchanges related to partner benefits (visibility, posts, dedicated formats)
• Creation and sending of marketing mailings
  
  

Post-Event

• Sorting and selecting photos
• Writing thank you and appreciation posts
• Verifying and uploading replays
• Assisting in organizing feedback sessions (REX)
  
  

Contribution to Strategic Thinking

• Participation in discussions around content strategy and editorial line
• Brainstorming new content formats and new communication channels
  
  

Contribution to the thinking on

• the implementation of an editorial content calendar
• the structuring of communication packages for partners

The intern will be proactive and involved in the thinking process, with final decisions resting with the communications manager.

Candidate Profile

• Master's student in Communications, Marketing, or equivalent, with some internship experience in communications
• Creative, curious, with a strong interest in AI and events
• Good command of visual creation and a strong eye for images (photo & video)
• Excellent French grammar and bilingual in English (to follow and participate in written & oral communication in both languages)
• Organized, rigorous, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Autonomous, dynamic, proactive, with excellent interpersonal skills
• Up-to-date with digital communication and social media trends
  
  

Technical Skills

• Canva essential, Photoshop is a plus
• Video editing tools: CapCut, Premiere Rush, or equivalent
• Knowledge of mailing tools (Pardot or other)
  
  

Conditions

• Compensation: based on profile and agreement
• Location: Paris 9th, with the possibility of partial remote work
